These cases are calendared for trial at the Court's February 14, 2022, San Francisco trial session. On January 11, 2022, the Court held a conference call with the parties. The parties requested that these cases be continued with the suggestion that the undersigned retain jurisdiction. In discussing this suggestion with the parties, it was clear that the parties are working well together and that they do not anticipate needing any judicial intervention in preparing their respective cases for settlement or trial. ORDERED that these cases are continued and restored to the general docket. It is further
ORDERED that these cases are stricken from the above-referenced trial session. The parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on February 14, 2022.
