The petition for certiorari is granted, the judgment is vacated, and the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals for reconsideration in the light of Vantage Cancer Centers of Ga. v. Dept. of Community Health, 2024 WL 674474 (Case Nos. S23G0405, S23G0408, S23G0409, decided Feb. 20, 2024).
