Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to the Form 1040 Liability for Taxable Year 2012, Johnnie Lucille Brannan, To Change Caption, and Strike, filed October 19, 2021, it is

ORDERED that, on or before November 19, 2021, petitioners shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's above-mentioned motion. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of respondent's motion or other appropriate action by this Court.
