ORDER OF ABATEMENT

Before Justices Benavides, Perkes, and Tijerina
Order Per Curiam

This cause is before the Court on the parties' joint motion to abate the appeal pending settlement. Appellant had filed a motion to extend the time to file his motion for rehearing and appellee's motion for rehearing or clarification of the Court's decision is pending. An opinion was issued by the Court on May 28, 2020.

The Court GRANTS the motion to abate pending settlement. All deadlines are ABATED until further ordered by this Court. It is further ORDERED that the parties will in thirty (30) days to advise the Court as to the status of the settlement and appropriate disposition.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
