INJUNCTIONS, § 189temporary, improperly issued against labor union. Temporary injunction was improperly issued against labor unions carrying on certain practices alleged to constitute an unlawful interference with plaintiff's dairy business, where court did not read and no one stated the contents of the verified petition, and defendants were not allowed to introduce evidence to rebut evidence which plaintiff was permitted to present.

Appeal from interlocutory order of Circuit Court of Cook county; Hon. GEORGE F. RUSH, presiding.

Injunction reversed as to appealing defendants. Heard in second division, first district, this court.
