Skyler Anthony Brandt Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Judge

On September 2, 2021, respondent filed a Notice of Filing of Petition and Right to Intervene in this case. On March 8, 2022, respondent filed a status report advising the Court that the nonrequesting spouse had inadvertently sent the Notice of Intervention, in an envelope postmarked October 20, 2021, to the Internal Revenue Service rather than the Court.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file the Notice of Intervention, attached as exhibit A to respondent's March 8, 2022, status report, as of the date of the service of this Order. It is further

ORDERED that the caption of this case is changed to read: "Skyler Anthony Brandt, Petitioner and Kelli M. Brandt, Intervenor v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent."
