FRANK C. BRANDSE & ERICA W. BRANDSE, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On December 27, 2022, Counsel Thomas Conradt filed a Motion for Withdrawal of Counsel seeking to withdraw Counsel Carli Aelker. On January 25, 2023, Ms. Aelker filed a supplement to Mr. Conradt's motion. On March 8, 2023, Ms. Aelker filed a Motion to Withdraw Counsel. However, further review indicates that Ms. Aelker's motion appears to be more akin to a second supplement to a Mr. Conradt's Motion to Withdraw Counsel.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that Ms. Aelker's Motion to Withdraw Counsel, filed March 8, 2023, is recharacterized as Ms. Aelker's Second Supplement to Motion to Withdraw Counsel. It is further

ORDERED that Mr. Conradt's Motion to Withdraw Counsel, as supplemented, is granted.
