This case was consolidated for the purpose of trial below with the case entitled Gray et al. v. Nathan et al., 221 So.2d 859, No. 7613. For the reasons this day handed down in No. 7613, the judgment appealed from in the instant case is affirmed, and the cost of this appeal to be paid by the defendants cast.
