Motion by the respondents North Shore University Hospital, I. Michael Leitman, Larry Andrew Frankini, and Robert Allen Cherry to disqualify the appellant's counsel on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered December 1, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Queens County.
