This case was submitted to the Court pursuant to Rule 122 of the Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure on September 2, 2021. The Court ordered respondent and petitioner to file briefs by October 18, 2021 and November 17, 2021, respectively. The parties have since advised the Court that they have reached a basis of settlement. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order, served September 2, 2021 is amended, in that the parties need no longer file briefs in this case. It is further

ORDERED that the parties shall, on or before December 17, 2021, submit a stipulated decision document.
