JAIMME BRANCH, Appellant v. TYRONE BYRUM, Appellee

On Appeal from the 301st Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. DF-03-02525

ORDER

The reporter's record in this appeal has not been filed. By letter dated January 22, 2018, court reporter Shantel Beheler informed us the record had not been filed because it had not been requested and payment arrangements had not been made. That same day, appellant was directed by letter to file, within ten days, written verification she had requested the record and either paid or made arrangements to pay the reporter's fee or was entitled to proceed without payment of costs. Appellant was cautioned that failure to comply could result in the appeal being submitted without the reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(c). To date, appellant has not complied. Accordingly, we ORDER the appeal submitted without the reporter's record. See id.

As the clerk's record has been filed, we ORDER appellant to file her brief no later than March 26, 2018.
