ORDER
Before the Court are the July 13, 2016 (1) agreed motion of appellant and cross-appellant Swig Partners, LP requesting corrections to the reporter's record and (2) agreed motion of appellant and cross-appellant Swig Partner requesting an extension of time to file their respective briefs. We GRANT the motion regarding the reporter's record and ORDER Vielica Dobbins, Official Court Reporter for the 134th Judicial District Court, to file, by AUGUST 8, 2016, a corrected Master Index, Volume 10, and Volume 11 correcting the errors and omissions related to the exhibits as outlined in the attached motion.
We GRANT the extension motion to the extent that appellant and cross-appellant shall file their respective brief by SEPTEMBER 9, 2016.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order along with a copy of the July 13, 2016 agreed motion requesting corrections to the reporter's record to Ms. Dobbins and counsel for all parties.
