ORDER
Before the Court are Robert Lemelin, Leo Lemelin, and Brian Lemelin's September 26, 2017 letter to the Court concerning a reply brief they wish to file and Branch Banking & Trust Company's October 4, 2017 unopposed motion to extend time to file its reply brief. Although listed in our case management system as appellees and cross-appellants, the Lemelins are neither. Branch Banking's appeal concern its claims against L&S Investment Partners, LLC and Scott Seideman. The Lemelins' appeal concerns the judgment against them in favor of Branch Banking. As direct appellants, the Lemelins may file a reply brief. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.3. Accordingly, we ORDER the reply brief the Lemelins tendered to the Court September 25, 2017 filed as of the date of this order. We GRANT Branch Banking's extension motion and ORDER its reply brief be filed no later than November 2, 2017.
