ORDER

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's March 6, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On December 21, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial (Doc. 25). By Order served December 22, 2022, the parties' Joint Motion for Continuance of Trial was granted, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On September 29, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 33) informing the Court that "[p]etitioner sent a letter to Appeals and [r]espondent's counsel requesting that the case be returned to Appeals so that [p]etitioner may have an opportunity for an Appeals conference in accordance with Section 7803(a)(3)(E). Petitioner would like an opportunity to meet with Appeals about this case." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before December 4, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
