ORDER

Joseph W. Nega, Judge.

This case is calendared for trial at the session of the Court to be conducted remotely, commencing Monday, January 31, 2022, for cases in which Birmingham, Alabama, is listed as the place of trial.

On December 29, 2021, the parties filed a document titled "Computation for Entry of Decision". On the same day, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision. The document titled "Computation for Entry of Decision" is in fact a duplicate of the parties' Proposed Stipulate Decision. Accordingly, the Court will strike the parties' document titled "Computation for Entry of Decision".

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties' document titled "Computation for Entry of Decision" filed December 29, 2021, at Docket Entry Index No. 7, is hereby stricken from the record in this case.
