On January 7, 2022, appellant filed his notice of appeal. On January 24, 2022, appellee filed a motion to dismiss the appeal based on alleged jurisdictional defects. If appellant desires to file a response to appellee's motion to dismiss, the response is due no later than February 7, 2022. If appellant does not file a response by February 7, 2022 this court will consider the motion to dismiss without the benefit of a response.
