Following review of the amended petition for great writ of habeas corpus and the response thereto, it is ordered that said petition is hereby dismissed as unauthorized pursuant to Baker v. State, 878 So. 2d 1236 (Fla. 2004), and dismissed as time-barred.

Petitioner is ordered to show good cause within forty-five (45) days from the date of this order why he should not be prohibited from filing any further pro se appeals, pleadings, motions, or petitions relating to his convictions, judgments, and sentences in circuit court case number F98–32503.

SHEPHERD, LAGOA and EMAS, JJ., concur.
