Co., 461 F2d 660 (C.A. 6 2006), as illustrative of the "combination-of-factors" method of review. The Court found the record revealed little about MetLife's efforts to ensure accurate claim assessment, and noted that although the Court of Appeals gave the conflict some weight, the opinion did not suggest the conflict alone would be determinative.
