On September 18, 2014, Respondent filed a motion to dismiss, contending that there is no longer any basis for discretionary jurisdiction. Based on the Respondent having conceded that further proceedings should be conducted in the district court for disposition of this case in accordance with the en banc decision in Hill v. State, 143 So. 2d 981 (Fla. 4th DCA 2014), we hereby discharge jurisdiction.

It is so ordered.
