Petitioner having moved to commence an original proceeding in this Court upon a waiver of fees, to proceed on a lesser number of copies, to vacate or stay certain judgments or proceedings, to receive an award of costs, and to receive other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavits of Kevin Patrick Brady sworn to August 19, 2014, August 26, 2014, and August 28, 2014, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and all papers enclosed therewith, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks waiver of filing fees is denied, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed on the ground that petitioner has not yet paid the requisite filing fees for a motion or proceeding.
