Petitioner having moved for an in camera review in this CPLR article 78 proceeding transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Cayuga County, entered November 2, 2023, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an in camera review of a recording of petitioner's disciplinary hearing is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent submit to the Court a copy of a recording of the disciplinary hearing at the time he files his brief.
