OPINION

Wallace Bradley has sued Walsh Construction for employment discrimination, alleging, among other things, denial of overtime and unlawful termination. During the course of discovery, Bradley moved to compel the production of documents to which he claimed he was entitled. Although I denied the motion on September 11, 2002 for reasons stated in open court, I allowed each party an opportunity to address the merits on Bradley's claims in respective letters submitted to me. I have received and reviewed these letters.

Of the eight categories of information which Bradley claims Walsh has failed to produce, only one category has any arguable merit, Number 4 (requesting "Employee Information Sheets"). This information may be relevant because it may relate to Bradley's claim of unlawful termination. As such, I order Walsh to produce all documents relating to the termination of any laborer in 2001 employed by Walsh on the Hillside and Wacker Drive Projects to the extent that Walsh has not done so already.
