Appellants having moved to extend the time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on February 18, 2011, and to consolidate the appeal from the order entered February 18, 2011, with the appeal from a judgment of said court entered on July 25, 2011,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of George E. Curtis, Esq., dated August 2, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Meghan M. Manion, Esq., dated August 5, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeal from the order entered February 18, 2011, is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 10, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 9, 2011, and inserting in its place the date September 30, 2011, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted and the appeals taken from the order and the judgment entered February 18, 2011, and July 25, 2011, are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals.
