ORDER
The Court conducted a continued preliminary pretrial conference on March 21, 2013. No appearance was made on behalf of the Indian defendants: Rachana Industries, Giri Industries, R.K. Corporation or Royal Enterprises.
The reports of any additional primary experts will be produced by plaintiffs no later than June 14, 2013. The reports of defendants' experts will be produced by August 14, 2013. All rebuttal expert reports will be produced no later than September 23, 2013. The expert reports must conform with the provisions of Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(2)(B), (C) unless the parties agree otherwise.
All discovery must be completed no later than November 29, 2013.
Motions for summary judgment may be filed no later than December 31, 2013.
Plaintiffs have filed a motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of whether the Indian defendants are subject to judicial process in Ohio, within the meaning of O.R.C. § 2307.78. Doc. No. 20. That motion will be supplemented no later than April 30, 2013. Memoranda contra may be filed by May 24, 2013; plaintiffs will reply, if at all, within rule.
Dolgencorp has filed a motion for summary judgment. Doc. No. 21. Memoranda contra that motion may be filed by May 15, 2013; the reply, if any, will be filed within rule.
Mediation may be appropriate following the resolution of plaintiffs' motion for partial summary judgment and Dolgencorp's motion for summary judgment. Within ten (10) days after resolution of those motions, the parties will advise the Court as to the appropriate vehicle and timing of such mediation.
