BOBBY G. BRADLEY, JR. & KELLY BRADLEY, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This collection due process case was on the Court's March 6, 2023 trial calendar for Dallas, Texas. Petitioners sought a collection alternative and raised their health as an issue that affects their ability to pay. Respondent had agreed that this issue may not have been adequately considered.

The parties recently reported that the a supplemental hearing was held on May 11, 2023. Petitioners provided mort documents the settlement officer, and the package was sent to field collection so that part of the IRS can review them. This is reasonable, but will take more time. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before September 25, 2023 the parties shall file a supplemental notice of determination or a status report describing their progress at IRS Appeals.
