Judgment affirmed, with costs. All concur. (The judgment is for plaintiff against defendant Rochester Transit Corporation in an action for damages for personal injuries sustained by plaintiff when an automobile in which she was a passenger struck a pole because of alleged negligence in maintenance of railway tracks.)
