LC No. 24-001880-AV

ORDER

Stephen L. Borrello, Chief Judge Pro Tem, acting under MCR 7.201(B)(3), orders:

The delayed application for leave to appeal is DISMISSED for failure to pursue the case in conformity with the rules. MCR 7.201(B)(3) and 7.216(A)(10). The Clerk of this Court provided notice regarding the nature of the defect in this filing, and the defect was not corrected in a timely manner by providing this Court with an application conforming to MCR 7.212. In addition, the motion for stay is stricken, as appellant did not comply with the requirements of MCR 7.209 or file a motion to waive those requirements. Appellant failed to cure these defects within the time stated in this Court's September 25, 2024 order granting an extension of time to cure the defects. Dismissal is without prejudice to whatever other relief may be available consistent with the Court Rules.
