For the reasons expressed in the opinion rendered in a companion case, Bradford v. Griffin, 193 So.2d 862, the judgment of the district court against the defendant, Antoinette B. Griffin, is reversed and the case is remanded for further proceedings below not inconsistent with the views expressed in that opinion, the costs of this appeal to be born by the appellant.

Reversed and remanded.
