Appellant having moved to withdraw the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on April 30, 2015, and to relieve counsel of assignment,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Brian Bradford, sworn to June 23, 2016, the affirmation of Paul M. Deep, Esq., dated June 23, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is in all respects granted, and the appeal is dismissed.
