Upon due consideration of respondent's motion to dismiss for lack of prosecution, filed March 18, 2022, it is

ORDERED that petitioner shall, on or before April 4, 2022, file a response to respondent's motion. It is further

ORDERED that this motion is set for hearing at the calendar call of the Court's remote Jackson, Mississippi trial session, beginning April 18, 2022 at 10:00 AM (Central Time).
