WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. The writ application fails to comply with Rule 4-5 of the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. Montagnet Properties #2, LLC, failed to include the complete hearing transcript and all of the hearing exhibits submitted by the parties as required under Rule 4-5(B)(8); failed to provide the Court with the status of the matter at the trial court level in accordance with Rule 4-5(B)(3); failed to consecutively number the pages of the writ application in accordance with Rule 4-5(A); and failed to include the Judge's name, telephone number, and address in the affidavit required by Rule 4-5(A).
Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. Rules 4-9 and 2-18.7, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal.
In the event relators seek to file a new application with this Court, it must contain all pertinent documentation and must comply with Rules 2-12.2 of the Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. Any new application must also comply with the revision to Rule 4-5, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, as to binding and documentation. Any new application must be filed on or before November 12, 2013, and must contain a copy of this ruling.
