ORDER

We REINSTATE this appeal.

We abated this case for the trial court to make findings of fact and conclusion of law related to appellant's motion to suppress. See State v. Cullen, 195 S.W.3d 696, 699 (Tex. Crim. App. 2006). On October 9, 2017, the supplemental clerk's record containing those findings and conclusions was filed.

In his August 7, 2017 motion, appellant asked for an extension of time to file his brief. We GRANT the motion to the extent we ORDER appellant's brief filed within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
