ORDER

Per Curiam:

B.R. appeals an order of the Buchanan County Circuit Court Juvenile Division sustaining allegations that B.R. knowingly and unlawfully operated a green 1994 Saturn hatchback station wagon, property owned by Mr. Gary Hull, without Mr. Hull's consent, in violation of section 569.080, tampering in the first degree. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
