It is Ordered that said application, pursuant to CPLR § 5704(b), is granted to the extent of vacating the stay of the enforcement of the warrant of eviction, contained in the Order to Show Cause returnable on November 15, 2019 and striking the Order to Show Cause from the Civil Court calendar. The warrant of eviction may be executed after personal service of a copy of this order upon respondent Leo Manning at each of the following addresses: 645 East 14th Street, Apartment 8-B, New York, New York 10009; 630 Joy Boulevard, North Baldwin, New York 11510; and 918 Gerry Avenue, Lido Beach, New York, 11561; as well as, Kelly Manning, 645 East 14th Street, Apartment 8-B, New York, New York 10009, and filing proof thereof with the Clerk of the Civil Court.
