It is Ordered that the motion of the respondent-appellant seeking an extension of time to perfect the appeal and continuing the stay of the eviction is granted, without opposition. Respondent-appellant shall perfect her appeal by the April 2020 term, the filing deadline for which is February 13, 2020. Respondent's briefs are to be filed on or before March 5, 2020; reply briefs, if any, are to be file on or before March 13, 2020. Respondent-appellant shall continue to pay landlord accruing use and occupancy in the amount reserved in the most recent lease agreement on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In the event of respondent-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, landlord-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order vacating the stay and dismissing the appeal.
