It is Ordered that motion & cross motion are consolidated for disposition. It is further Ordered that respondent-appellant's motion seeking to stay enforcement of final judgment & warrant of eviction is denied.
It is also further Ordered that petitioner-respondent's cross-motion seeking to dismiss the appeal for failure to timely file said notice of appeal (Asforis, J.), dated May 26, 2017 and to vacate the stay is granted.
