KEITH BOYNES, Appellant, v. THE STATE OF TEXAS, State.

Appeal from the 384th District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 20180D04305)

Before Alley, C.J., Palafox and Soto, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

Pursuant to Tex.R.App.P. 10.4 (a) the motion ruled on through this Order may have been decided by a single Justice sitting on the panel.

Felix Valenzuela has filed a motion to substitute counsel on behalf of Appellant, Keith Boynes. Included with the motion is an order from the trial court appointing Mr. Venezuela to represent Appellant in this appeal. Francisco Macias is currently the counsel of record in this case, and he has not filed a motion to withdraw. Therefore, we construe Mr. Venezuela's motion as a motion and as an appearance of other counsel pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.2.

Mr. Macias is ORDERED to file a motion to withdraw that complies with Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure 6.5(a) and (b) on or before July 20, 2024. He will remain counsel of record until this Court receives and grants such a motion.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
