1. That the Discovery Cutoff in this matter shall be extended until March 1, 2004.

2. That the Deadline for filing dispositive motions shall be extended until April 15, 2004.

3. That a Pre-Trial Conference will be scheduled on September 7, 2004.

4. That a Trial be set for September 28, 2004 at 8.30 a.m.
