Upon the Court's review of the record in this case, it appears that the caption of this case is incorrect due to a clerical error. The Petition, filed on November 16, 2020, lists the case caption as "Boyd's Equipment Co., Inc.", as do all subsequent filings by the parties.
For cause, it is
ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the caption of this case be amended to read: "Boyd's Equipment Co., Inc., Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue, Respondent".
