Maurice B. Foley, Chief Judge.

On January 4, 2021, the petition in this case was filed. On April 12, 2021, respondent filed his Answer to the petition. On September 2, 2021, the parties filed a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

An examination of the record in this case discloses that record does not include a complete copy of the notice of deficiency issued to petitioner for tax year 2018 upon which this case is based. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 29, 2021, respondent shall file a Response to this order and attach thereto, a copy of the deficiency notice issued to petitioner for 2018 upon which this case is based.
