This case is set for trial at the Court's March 14, 2022 Houston, Texas trial session.

On February 7, 2022, Respondent filed with the Court a Response to the Court's January 24, 2022 Order directing Respondent to file a response to the Order by February 8, 2022, attaching thereto, a copy of the Notice of Deficiency for tax year 2017 (docket index entry No. 16). The attached Notice of Deficiency is not redacted in accordance with Rule 27.

On February 7, 2022, Respondent filed a second Response to the Court's January 24, 2022 Order, attaching a redacted Notice of Deficiency for tax year 2017 (docket index entry No. 17) in accordance with Rule 27.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that Respondent's Response to the Court's January 24, 2022 Order (docket index entry No. 16), filed February 7, 2022 is hereby stricken from the Court's record in this case.
