ORDER

This I.R.C. section 6330(d) case is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance, filed March 22, 2024, and heard on April 24, 2024, when the case was recalled from the calendar for trial during the Los Angeles, California, trial session. The parties appeared, advised the Court that they were working towards settlement, and saw no need for a judge's involvement at this stage of the proceedings.

Premises considered, and for cause appearing more fully in the transcript of the above-referenced proceedings, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion is granted, and this case is continued generally.
