The plaintiff's motion to amend the complaint was granted in part on August 30, 2007. On or before December 3, 2007, the plaintiff shall serve and file her amended complaint, as contemplated by the August 30, 2007 order. On or before December 17, 2007, the defendant shall serve and file its answer to the plaintiff's amended complaint.
