ORDER

Appellant's brief was originally due January 9, 2017. On January 11, 2017, the clerk of this court informed appellant's counsel that appellant's brief had not been filed and requested a response from counsel within ten days. On January 13, 2017, appellant requested an extension of ninety days in which to file his brief. Appellant's motion was granted in part, causing appellant's brief to be due on March 7, 2017. On March 7, 2017, appellant requested an additional extension of ninety days in which to file his brief. Appellant's motion was granted in part, allowing an additional thirty days to file appellant's brief.

Appellant has filed an motion for extension of time requesting an additional ninety days in which to file the appellant's brief. Appellant's brief is currently due in this court on or before April 7, 2017. Therefore, we GRANT IN PART appellant's motion for extension of time.

Appellant's brief is due in this court on or before May 8, 2017. NO FURTHER EXTENSIONS OF TIME WILL BE ALLOWED.
