Robert Hardie Tibaut Bowman and Powers L. Bowman v. Molly Bowman Stephens

ORDER Trial court case number: D-1-GN-13-000636 Trial court: 261st District Court of Travis County

Appellants, the Bowmans, sought an emergency stay and for review of the order on their motion to determine supersedeas. We issued an order on July 27, 2017, granting the motion in part and order the underlying proceedings concerning partition, including the actions of the special commissioners, stayed pending determination of the Bowman's request for review of the trial court's order on supersedeas. We also requested a response to the motion.

We now withdraw our July 27, 2017 order and we order stayed any further proceedings in the trial court to enforce any recommendations by the commissioners. However, the commissioners may complete their report.

It is so ORDERED. Judge's signature: /s/ Harvey Brown
