Appellant having moved pursuant to CPLR 3103, 5518, and 5519, upon the return of an order to show cause granted by the Honorable Stephen K. Lindley on February 6, 2015, for modification of the order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on January 20, 2015, and for the motion papers to be sealed,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Wynn L. Bowman, Esq., sworn to February 6, 2015, the affirmation of Wynn L. Bowman, Esq., dated February 19, 2015, said show cause order with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of F. Michael Ostrander, Esq., dated February 17, 2015, and the affidavit of Richard A. Dougherty sworn to February 17, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to seal the motion papers is denied without prejudice to a new motion that demonstrates good cause for sealing the motion papers, and

It is further ORDERED that the remainder of the motion is denied.
