Opinion

Case No. SC02-2097.

September 9, 2003.

Lower Tribunal No. 1D02-2550.

The petition for writ of mandamus is hereby denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000) (holding that entitlement to the extraordinary writ of mandamus requires a petitioner to show that he or she has a clear legal right to performance of the requested act, that the respondent has an indisputable legal duty to perform the act, and that no other adequate remedy exists); see also Fla. R.Civ.P. 1.530(b).

ANSTEAD, C.J., and WELLS, PARIENTE, LEWIS, QUINCE, CANTERO and BELL, JJ., concur.
