ORDER

Before Chief Justice Wright, Justice Lang-Miers, and Justice Stoddart

Before the Court is appellant's May 25, 2017 motion to stay/relief pending appeal. We DENY the motion.

Also before the Court is appellee Lester John Dahlheimer, Jr.'s May 23, 2017 emergency motion for temporary orders relating to property that is divided in the divorce decree and for which a successor receiver has been appointed. Appellant has not suspended enforcement of the judgment. See TEX. R. APP. P. 24.1. Accordingly, we GRANT the motion to the extent we ABATE this appeal for THIRTY DAYS to allow appellee to seek relief in the trial court. This appeal will be reinstated in thirty days or on motion of any party, whichever occurs sooner.
