On December 27, 2021, at docket entry #62, the parties filed a proposed stipulated decision. Later that day the parties filed, at docket entry #63, a second proposed stipulated decision, identical to the first except for the name of one of respondent's counsel. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision, filed December 27, 2021, at docket entry #62 is hereby deemed stricken from the record of this case.

The proposed stipulated decision, at docket entry #63, will be entered in due course.
