By Order served June 25, 2021, this case was remanded to respondent's Appeal's Office. On October 26, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Extension of Time, seeking an extension of time to conduct the administrative hearing and file status reports. Respondent states in the motion that petitioner does not object to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced motion is granted in that the time within respondent shall offer petitioners an administrative hearing is extended to December 27, 2021, and the time within which the parties shall file status reports is extended to January 24, 2022.
